This past year has been quite the rollercoaster for many of us. Saying we're stressed is an understatement. It feels more like overwhelm as our stress response has become the default mode.

Binge watching our favourite shows, taking a bath, and even practicing mindfulness are no longer helping us relax like they used to. This is because our body is still sending stress signals to our brain through a part of the nervous system called the vagus nerve.

The vagus nerve is like a gatekeeper to our stress response. Let's remind the body there's another way and "Tell Your Stress To Rest."
